New Patients

Your first visit, without the unknowns

Here is exactly what happens when you become a patient at Royal Dental Coral Springs — no surprises, no guesswork.

Step by step

What your first appointment looks like

1. Before you arrive

Call or send a request through our contact page. We'll confirm your appointment and send forms so paperwork doesn't eat into your visit.

2. Records and imaging

Digital X-rays and intraoral photos as needed, plus a review of your medical history and any medications.

3. Comprehensive exam

Dr. Zadov examines your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, and screens for oral cancer. You'll see the images as she explains findings.

4. Your plan

A written plan with sequencing and estimated cost, plus how your insurance applies. You decide what happens next.

What to bring

  • Photo identification
  • Your dental insurance card, if you have coverage
  • A list of current medications and medical conditions
  • Recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if available
  • Any questions you'd like answered — write them down

If you feel anxious about dental visits

You are far from alone, and it is worth telling us in advance. We can schedule extra time, explain each step before it happens, agree on a stop signal, and keep the first appointment limited to examination and conversation if that helps.

Bringing children

Children are welcome at any age. First visits are short and positive, and we're happy to have a child simply sit in the chair and meet the team. See our family dentistry page for more.

Scheduling and cancellations

We reserve appointment time specifically for you. If you need to change an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer the time to another patient.

Cost and payment

You'll receive an estimate before treatment is scheduled. We accept most major dental insurance plans and offer third-party financing options — details are on our insurance and financing page.

Urgent problems

If you're in pain or something has broken, don't wait to become an established patient first. Call us at (954) 555-0142 and see our emergency dentistry page for first steps.
