Insurance & Financing
Clear numbers before treatment begins
Dental benefits are confusing by design. Our team translates your plan into a straightforward estimate so you can decide with confidence.
How it works
Three things we handle for you
Benefits verification
Before your visit we verify your coverage, deductible, annual maximum and any waiting periods so nothing comes as a surprise.
Written estimates
Every treatment plan includes an itemized estimate showing the expected insurance portion and your expected out-of-pocket amount.
Claims filing
We file claims on your behalf and follow up with your insurer if a claim stalls or is processed incorrectly.
Insurance we work with
We accept most major PPO dental plans. Because plan details vary widely even within the same carrier, the fastest way to get an accurate answer is to call us at (954) 555-0142 with your plan information and let our team verify your specific benefits.
Understanding your dental plan
- Annual maximum — the total your plan will pay in a benefit year. It resets, and unused benefits generally do not carry over.
- Deductible — what you pay before benefits begin, usually per person per year.
- Coverage tiers — preventive care is typically covered at the highest percentage, with basic and major treatment covered at lower rates.
- Waiting periods — some plans delay coverage for major treatment after enrollment.
- Frequency limits — plans cap how often certain procedures, such as cleanings or X-rays, are covered.
Payment options
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and health savings and flexible spending account funds where the treatment qualifies.
Financing
For larger treatment plans such as implants or comprehensive cosmetic work, third-party healthcare financing can spread the cost over monthly payments, often with promotional interest-free periods for qualified applicants. Our team can walk you through the application in the office.
No insurance?
A significant number of our patients pay directly. We provide the same written estimate up front, and we're glad to phase treatment so the most urgent work happens first and elective work follows when it suits your budget.
Questions before you commit
Ask us anything about cost — what a procedure includes, what happens if a plan changes mid-treatment, or whether an alternative approach costs less. Start on our contact page.
