Simon Leizgold — Manager of Acquisitions & Operations

Simon Leizgold serves as Manager of Acquisitions & Operations for Royal Dental Coral Springs. He is responsible for the business side of the practice: the systems, staffing, technology and planning that allow the clinical team to focus entirely on patient care. Simon does not provide dental treatment or clinical advice.

Practice operations

Simon oversees the day-to-day operation of the practice — scheduling structure, supply and vendor management, compliance processes and team coordination. His goal is a practice that runs on time and predictably, because reliability is what most patients notice first.

Patient experience

From the first phone call through post-treatment follow-up, Simon maps the entire patient journey and looks for friction. Confusing paperwork, long hold times, unclear estimates and difficult rescheduling are operational problems, and he treats them as such.

Technology implementation

Simon evaluates and implements the practice's technology, from digital imaging and scanning workflows to practice management software, secure records and patient communication tools. Each addition is assessed on whether it makes care safer, clearer or more comfortable.

Marketing and business development

Simon leads how Royal Dental communicates with the Coral Springs community — the website, educational content, local outreach and referral relationships. He also leads business development initiatives that expand the services and access the practice can offer.

Strategic planning and operational efficiency

Working from data on capacity, scheduling patterns and patient flow, Simon sets medium-term strategy and removes inefficiencies that waste patients' time or the team's energy. Efficiency, in his framing, is not about seeing more people in a day — it is about removing the steps that add nothing.

Practice acquisitions and long-term growth

Simon manages the practice's acquisition activity and long-term growth planning, assessing opportunities for whether they can be supported with the same standard of care the practice already delivers.

Working alongside Dr. Zadov

Simon works closely with Dr. Marianna Zadov to create an outstanding patient experience while supporting the practice's long-term growth. Clinical decisions rest entirely with Dr. Zadov and the clinical team; Simon's role is to build the environment, systems and resources that let those decisions be carried out well.
